Simon Gee MREC - Managing Director
Simon is the Founder and Managing Director of Heywood and has worked within the recruitment sector for more than 14 years. Following his education at Mill Hill School, he completed a Marketing Diploma before commencing a career in the City. After spending a number of years in equity trading and property finance, he fell into the recruitment sector and decided that this could be the start of a great career.
In addition to his work at Heywood, Simon was a co-founder of Supporta Plc (SOR), a support service business that successfully listed on the Alternative Investment Market (AIM) in February 2001.
Simon regularly attends and contributes to the REC’s Recruitment to Recruitment Sector Group. He is married with two teenage boys and enjoys golf and travelling.
Natasha Gee - Operations Director
Natasha has worked within the recruitment sector since 1986 and is a director and co-founder of Heywood Research. She ensures that subscribers receive as much data as possible and is very adapt at obtaining the information from candidates. Natasha has run this division from the start and knows the business inside out.
When not speaking to accountants, Natasha is busy running her home and is married with two teenage children.
Angela Sidney - Senior Manager
Angie is Natasha’s deputy and manages our team of four researchers at Heywood Research. She has worked with us since 1998 and is simply the best at obtaining information from the accountants we call.
Angie works hard to ensure we have enough information for our subscribers and as our longest serving member of staff, deserves two medals. The first for staying with us for so long and the second for speaking to the highest number of accountants over the years. She must be a Guinness Book of Records contender!
When not working or dreaming about PS1's and TC2’s, Angie enjoys spending time with her husband and two daughters.
Karen Lester - Senior Researcher
Karen has been with us since 2003 and is a key member of the research team. When not at work, Karen enjoys being with her three children and socialising with her wide circle of friends.
Rochelle Bloohn - Researcher
Rochelle is a relative newcomer to Heywood having only joined us in 2005! Before becoming a researcher, Rochelle spent a number of years working within the travel industry so telephone work came naturally to her. Rochelle is married with two children.
Arlette Kaas - Researcher
Arlette joined Heywood Research in 2006. Before entering this industry, Arlette worked for a number of years in the family retail business in the west end.
When not working at Heywood, Arlette enjoys spending time with her family and travelling.
Jane Lamont - Finance & Marketing Director
Jane is Heywood’s Finance & Marketing Director and has been with the business since the start. Jane ensures that we don’t spend too much money and is normally the first one on the case when money is outstanding.
Jane is also the first point of contact for Heywood Research enquiries.
Prior to joining Heywood, Jane built a successful career within the Publishing business and owned and managed a fully serviced Business Centre.
She is a serious dog lover, enjoys gardening, travel and spending time with her six grandchildren.
